Black pepper was initially found in usage in countries like Egypt, Greece, Rome, China and Middle-east. In the middle-ages black pepper was only accessible to the rich. But as pepper supplies into Europe augmented, the price of pepper diminished. Pepper gets its spicy heat from piperine derived from the outer fruit as well as the seed. As one of the highly traded spice worldwide, Ceylon black pepper comprises a unique pungent flavor and aroma that enhances savory dishes.
